    Parking Validation for Day Guests
    The following parking fees apply for day Guests visiting Aulani:
    • Valet parking for day Guests is $35 per day
    • Self-parking for day Guests is $10 per hour—or a maximum of $35 per day

    Enjoy complimentary self-parking or valet parking at Aulani for up to 4 hours when you spend $35 or more at the following venues:

    While pets are not permitted, trained service animals are welcome in most locations at Aulani. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. Cast Members are not permitted to take control of service animals.

    Aulani features standard US-style power outlets, which emit approximately 110 to 120 volts at a 60-hertz current. International power adapters are available at the Front Desk.

    Note: International power adapters do not change the voltage. If your appliance is compatible with multiple voltages, then an adapter is all you need. If your appliance is not compatible with voltages of 110 to 120, then you will need to bring a voltage transformer.

    This Resort is a smoke-free environment, excluding designated outdoor smoking locations. A $250 to $500 room recovery free (plus tax) will be charged for smoking in Guest rooms, on balconies or on patios.

    Sorry, but rollaway beds are not available at Aulani. If you are traveling with a larger group, consider booking a suite or villa to accommodate your party.

    Yes. However, strollers are not readily available at Aulani. You can rent a stroller through Paradise Baby Co., as well as a variety of other baby equipment that you may need or want during your Hawai‘i vacation.

    Yes. Aulani features a limited number of outdoor gas grills, located beside Hālāwai Lawn. To check availability and request grilling tools, please visit the Pau Hana Room.

    In order to receive a full refund of your deposit for a “room only” booking—including credit card deposit transactions—notification of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made 4 days or less before your arrival date (including no shows), a cancellation fee will be charged equivalent to the first night's room rate plus tax. Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice of cancellation or change will be subject to fees equivalent to the first night's hotel rate plus tax.

    However, please note that in the case of a vacation package—or if you have booked other components with your room such as flight, car rental, travel insurance, etc.—the required notification timeframe is 30 days or more, with a $400 cancel fee if notice is 29 days or less.

    To cancel a reservation, call (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. If you have other reservations, they will not be cancelled unless you advise us.

    Cancellation and refund policies are subject to change.

    Guests who book a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a cash or rental basis will receive full housekeeping services daily. Disney Vacation Club Members and their Guests staying on Member Points will receive housekeeping services once every 4 days. Additional services for Disney Vacation Club Members are available at a fee; please contact Housekeeping once at the Resort to request any additional services.     Our Housekeeping Cast Members service rooms between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Should you wish to request a specific time, you may do so once at the resort.

    Full housekeeping services for Disney Vacation Club Members who book a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a cash or rental basis include the changing of linens and towels, the emptying of trash and the replenishment of consumable amenities such toiletries.
