Q: Where can I find rates for Aulani?
To view rental rates, please enter your preferred travel dates into the site's booking module, along with your selected room type. Aulani never charges a Resort fee. All room rates include all applicable taxes.
Q: Can I purchase a day pass for Aulani?
Sorry, Aulani does not offer a day pass. Most amenities—including the pools, beach equipment and activities—are exclusive to overnight Guests staying at Aulani.
Day Guests are welcome to enjoy the dining, shopping and spa experiences offered at Aulani.
Parking Validation for Day Guests
The following parking fees apply for day Guests visiting Aulani:
- Valet parking for day Guests is $35 per day
- Self-parking for day Guests is $10 per hour—or a maximum of $35 per day
Enjoy complimentary self-parking or valet parking at Aulani for up to 4 hours when you spend $35 or more at the following venues:
- ‘AMA‘AMA – Contemporary Island Cooking
- Makahiki – The Bounty of the Islands
- The ‘Ōlelo Room, valid for purchases made between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Off the Hook, valid for purchases made between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- Laniwai – A Disney Spa, when you spend $35 or more
- Merchandise locations, Kalepa's or Hale Manu, when you spend $50 or more
To have your parking validated, please bring your parking ticket and purchase receipt to ‘AMA‘AMA, Makahiki or Laniwai – A Disney Spa.
Q: When and where is the lei greeting service available?Door greeters will make a presentation of gifts, or makana, to all overnight Guests upon arrival at the Resort. Women are given a floral lei, men a kukui nut lei, and children, Menehune necklaces.
Guests who miss this initial presentation can receive their gift at the Front Desk.
Q: Is there a cost associated with the lei greeting?No. The presentation of makana is complimentary to all DVC members and Guests staying at Aulani.

Q: Are service animals and pets permitted at Aulani?
While pets are not permitted, trained service animals are welcome in most locations at Aulani. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. Cast Members are not permitted to take control of service animals.
Q: Will I need a power adapter to use the power outlet in my room?
Aulani features standard US-style power outlets, which emit approximately 110 to 120 volts at a 60-hertz current. International power adapters are available at the Front Desk.
Note: International power adapters do not change the voltage. If your appliance is compatible with multiple voltages, then an adapter is all you need. If your appliance is not compatible with voltages of 110 to 120, then you will need to bring a voltage transformer.
Q: What is the smoking policy at Aulani?
This Resort is a smoke-free environment, excluding designated outdoor smoking locations. A $250 to $500 room recovery free (plus tax) will be charged for smoking in Guest rooms, on balconies or on patios.
Please check with the Front Desk for information about designated outdoor smoking locations.
Q: Are rollaway beds available at Aulani?
Sorry, but rollaway beds are not available at Aulani. If you are traveling with a larger group, consider booking a suite or villa to accommodate your party.
Q: Can I rent a stroller during my stay at Aulani?
Yes. However, strollers are not readily available at Aulani. You can rent a stroller through Paradise Baby Co., as well as a variety of other baby equipment that you may need or want during your Hawai‘i vacation.

Q: Does Aulani have outdoor grills?
Yes. Aulani features a limited number of outdoor gas grills, located beside Hālāwai Lawn. To check availability and request grilling tools, please visit the Pau Hana Room.
Q: How do I cancel a hotel reservation and receive a full refund of my deposit?
In order to receive a full refund of your deposit—including credit card deposit transactions—notification of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to your arrival date. A cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room rate plus tax will be charged for cancellations made 4 days or less prior to arrival date, including no shows. Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice of cancellation or change will be subject to fees equivalent to the first night's hotel rate plus tax.
To cancel a reservation, call (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. If you have other reservations, they will not be cancelled unless you advise us.

Guests who book a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a cash or rental basis will receive full housekeeping services daily. Disney Vacation Club Members and their Guests staying on Member Points will receive housekeeping services once every 4 days. Additional services for Disney Vacation Club Members are available at a fee; please contact Housekeeping once at the Resort to request any additional services. Q: What time are cleanings scheduled for Villas?
Our Housekeeping Cast Members service rooms between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Should you wish to request a specific time, you may do so once at the resort.
Q: What do housekeeping services include for Villas?
Full housekeeping services for Disney Vacation Club Members who book a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a cash or rental basis include the changing of linens and towels, the emptying of trash and the replenishment of consumable amenities such toiletries.
