Lost and Found
Did you lose an item during your visit to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa? Fill out an online form and we'll help you track down your misplaced item. Aulani Resort uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Please report any lost items online.
Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Aulani Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa PhotoPass Guests:
Beginning February 3, 2019, your unexpired Disney PhotoPass photos taken at Aulani will only be accessible through Disneyaulani.com/photopass.
If you have placed borders or stickers on your photos, these edits will only transfer to Disneyaulani.com/photopass on purchased photos (i.e., purchased photos do not have a watermark on them).
Please complete and purchase your photo gift products by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 2, 2019—after which they will not transfer to Disneyaulani.com/photopass and cannot be recovered.Pick up a Disney PhotoPass card from one of our Disney PhotoPass Photographers—and let them capture the treasured memories of your Aulani vacation! -

Reserve a car in advance at the Honolulu International Airport or visit the Alamo car rental counter at Aulani Resort, located in the conference center. Alamo offers competitive rates, unlimited mileage, a hassle-free rental experience and a variety of vehicles.

There are 2 self-service laundry facilities located on the first floor of the Resort. If you'd prefer valet laundry services, please fill out the laundry list in your hotel room and attach it to the items you wish to be laundered.

Disney Vacation Club Villas With Washers and Dryers
Spacious 1-, 2- and 3-Bedroom Villas feature a laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer.Laundry services are available for a fee at Aulani Resort.

Parking for Overnight Guests
There's so much to do at and around Aulani Resort that you may not need a car! For overnight Guests who wish to park, self parking is $40 per day. Each resort reservation is limited to 2 cars per reservation.
Parking for Disney Vacation Club Members and RCI Members
Disney Vacation Club Members can enjoy convenient self-parking at no daily charge for up to 2 vehicles when the reservation is booked with proof of Membership, using the following methods:
- If You Booked Using Your Vacation Points: You’ll automatically receive self-parking at no daily charge.
- If You Booked a Vacation Rental Through Member Services in a Disney Vacation Club Villa or Studio: Please provide your Disney Vacation Club Membership Card information at the time of booking. When checking in at the Resort Front Desk, be sure to show your Membership Card and corresponding photo ID for validation.
(If you booked through the Disney Reservation Center, simply show your Disney Vacation Club Membership Card at the Front Desk to have the parking charge removed.) - If You Booked as an RCI Inbound Guest: You will receive self-parking at no daily charge.
Policy: Disney Vacation Club Members will not be charged an overnight parking fee when using their Membership to stay at a Disney Vacation Club Resort, regardless if they paid Vacation Points or cash, as long as their reservation was booked by Member Services or online at disneyvacationclub.com. This is also true for Guest-of-Member reservations and RCI Inbound Guests. Members also will not be charged an overnight parking fee when using points to stay at an Aulani Resort hotel. This is also true for Guest-of-Member reservations. Disney Vacation Club Members will be charged for standard overnight parking when staying on a reservation booked through a travel agent, the Disney Reservation Center or disneyaulani.com.
Parking for Day Guests
The following parking fees apply for day Guests visiting Aulani Resort:- Self-parking for day guests is $15 for the first hour and $5 for every half hour thereafter, up to $40
- Complimentary validation applies to one receipt of the requested value and NOT a combination of receipts.
Self-parking is available at Aulani Resort. -
Shuttle Services
Please note: Due to COVID-19, the shuttles will have reduced capacity. As a result, Guests may experience longer than normal wait times when waiting for shuttle service.
